Vegan Diets
This is seen as a stricter form of vegetarianism. Vegans don’t eat meat, dairy, honey or any other animal product. And this can extend into not wearing anything which is made from leather, wool and silk.
You may worry about not getting enough vital nutrients but many of these are found in fruit and vegetables which forms the basis of this diet. You can always take a multivitamin/mineral tablet to be on the safe side.
