Pop starlet Ellie Goulding has opened up about her struggle with panic attacks and anxiety.
The UK singer has spoken out about her cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) to help her deal with the battle.
Ellie explained that her panic attacks were triggered by her surroundings, so getting to the studio was an uncomfortable experience. The singer also said she was worried about her anxiety returning as she promoted her latest album, Delirium.
Speaking to reporters from a popular magazine, Ellie said that at first she was sceptical about therapy, but felt debilitated by not being able to leave the house, especially at a time when her career was beginning to soar.
Ellie now feels that her body has become good at controlling her anxiety.
