What does recovery from CLE/RLE involve?
You will be asked to use eye drops to guard against infection and to avoid rubbing or touching your eyes during the recovery period.
People find that their vision improves quite quickly, even after a couple of days. You will have to return to the clinic the day after your surgery for your first aftercare check up. There will be a series of these which will be spaced out over the next few months.
Many patients find that they are back at work and doing their normal everyday activities within two weeks of surgery.
