How long should I wait to try and conceive again?
If you have had a miscarriage, it is advisable to wait at least four weeks (a complete cycle) to try and conceive again. Everyone is different; some people are eager to start trying for another baby, some find that trying to conceive again acts as a source of hope and positivity, while others find it too painful to think about having another child so soon after they have lost one. If you have any questions about this, you should ask your GP or your midwife.
