Can tight underwear cause a man to become infertile?
No but it can cause the testicles to overheat which reduces sperm count and movement. Ideally, the testicles need to stay at or a couple of degrees below room temperature to ensure that they are in optimum condition.
Wear loose fitting underwear such as boxer shorts and avoid tight trousers or jeans. It’s a good idea to avoid hot tubs or saunas as well.
