Does drinking alcohol affect your fertility?
The answer to this is yes. It can affect fertility in both men and women (although in different ways) so it’s a good idea to avoid alcohol until after the pregnancy.
Even a small amount can affect sperm count in men and the menstrual cycle in women so stick to soft drinks instead whilst you are trying to conceive.
