Q16. Can surgery cure impotence?
A16. Surgery can help in extreme cases, for example, if there is a blockage in the blood vessels within the penis, or a leaking vein in the penis. Surgery is performed if all other forms of treatment have failed. These are discussed in more detail in our surgery section (within the treating impotence section).
