How can cow's milk allergy be prevented?
There are a few things that you can do to help reduce the chances that your baby will become allergic to cow's milk. The first is that you do not have any special diets during pregnany or breastfeeding, and to eat natural, healthy foods. It is also recommended that you breastfeed your baby exclusively for at least 4 months, as breastfeeding has a number of health advantages for your baby. It is also recommended that you do not introduce any solid foods into your baby's diet for at least 4 – 6 months.
