Q13. What can I expect from using a dermaroller?
A13. Your skin will be slightly red – similar to mild sunburn but don’t worry, this will settle down within a day or so. There is a cream called ‘Chiroxy’ which will reduce this redness as well as helping with the healing process.
Your skin is undergoing a process in which collagen and elastin are being produced hence the red colour of your skin. This will cause your skin to become firmer, smoother and young looking over the next few weeks.
There are people who notice these results after a week but generally, it is 6 weeks before you notice these improvements. These will continue over the next few months especially if you have follow up sessions.
