Is there an ‘aftercare’ service for breast reduction surgery?

Yes. The aftercare service is a vital part of your treatment. These follow up visits are designed to check on your progress and to offer help and advice where needed.

If something does go wrong or you are not happy with the results of your surgery then you can contact your surgeon to discuss these. He/she will address the issue and is there to support you throughout your recovery.

Your first visit will take place very soon after surgery. This will include a check on your progress and a mammogram (breast x-ray).
