Do I need to use a fixative to keep dentures in place?
Some patients find that their dentures tend to slip and so use a special dental fixative to hold them in place. This is more of a problem for those patients who have been wearing dentures for a long period of time. Dentures do become loose after a period of time and you will notice that they don’t fit quite so well.
