What is the best toothbrush to use?
Your dentist will be able to recommend a good toothbrush. This will based upon his/her personal knowledge of your teeth and what is likely to best suit you.
To start with you have a choice between a ‘manual’ toothbrush or an electric one. And once you have decided which one you then have a variety of brushes to choose from.
It is very much a personal decision but remember that it’s the way you use it and when that counts.
Our sections on hygiene products and teeth brushing cover this in greater detail.
